Reduce your overhead and make bottom line gains:

1. Plan your marketing needs in advance.

Having a clear plan of what you want to achieve from your advertising and marketing is a prequisite. Don't wait until the last minute to try and produce high quality, pursuasive advertising. Talk to us about your marketing plans and we can help ensure you have great quality marketing materials, in the most cost effective quantities, at the right time. Amost 30% of printed advertising materials are dumped every year. Getting the quantity right is another important way you can save. Using our experience with similar promotions we can advise you on most cost effective quantities, and whether to go for colour or black and white.

2. Get professional help to put your marketing materials together.

Doing the graphics yourself may not save you money in the long run. Unless you have the proper design software and experience in writing advertising copy, you will be better off getting help from a professional. It's money well spent and you can use the ideas many times over to consistently pull your share of the market. Consumers aren't fooled, or enticed by cheap looking, poorly written advertising. Plus when it comes to selling your business, a portfolio of top notch marketing materials, ready to go, is worth a lot. Flyers, brochures, catalogues and posters all have their place in your arsenal of sales materials, but if they are out of date or poorly designed, your returns will be diminished.

3. Combine your graphics supplier with your print supplier to save time and hassle.

Have you ever tried to track down your logo in a specific format to give to an advertising supplier? Or have you had to supply photographs of a product in a print ready format? Well now you can simply hand over these jobs to us! We are both a graphic design company and a print supplier rolled in one so we take care of these details for you. It makes economic sense to use one supplier instead of two, however we don't require our clients to use our print services - we offer a quote and then leave it to you to decide. We can simply supply your artwork on a CD Rom* and you may go to any printer you want.

*Administration costs may apply.

4. Choose the best printer for each job and avoid costly mistakes.

Most printers have areas they are better at than others:  some specialise in full colour work or business cards, others in invoices and stationery.  Some specialise in short runs and digital printing; others in longer runs and offset printing. If you want to know who is best suited for each job then you should rely on someone who knows the business and has dealt with a host of printers over many years. With our expertise you can add thousands of dollars per annum to your bottom line in time savings, quality gains and the reduction of costly errors. For a quotation, please go to our Contact Page

5. Choose a graphic designer with lots of experience managing print jobs.

They don't teach much about printing at design colleges. It takes years working with many different printers gaining technical knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest technology to be able to consistently produce great printing. One small mistake* can mean a complete reprint. Do you really have the time to spend on that and risk getting it wrong? All our clients have access to our extensive knowledge base, and with us managing the process from start to finish, it will help you to eliminate costly mistakes.

* Responsibility for proof-reading any advertising copy remains the client's.
